This is one of the most interesting articles I've ever read on Medium. I love how you were able to track down more information on Viola and her route, and the collage you put together is beautiful. I have a box of old postcards I organized by state and country, but I've never paid much attention to the messages on them. Your article makes me want to dig out the box and read them all. I doubt they'll be as interesting as Viola's, but I'll be looking at them in a new light.
