Such good advice. I used to get so stressed when I couldn't remember something, but I've found that when I stop trying to force my brain to remember it, it often comes back to me within minutes. Like the great idea I had for my mom's birthday present. And when it finally popped back into my head, I wrote it down right away so I wouldn't forget it a second time.
